The Cusco Type OS Front Strut Tower Bar is engineered to reduce chassis flex by reinforcing the connection between the front shock towers. By minimizing tower deflection during cornering, this bar improves steering response and helps maintain consistent suspension geometry under load. The Type OS (Oval Section) design features a high-strength aluminum shaft with a hollow core, offering an ideal balance of weight savings and torsional rigidity.
This reinforcement bar is a direct bolt-on component that utilizes factory mounting points, requiring no drilling or permanent modification. The end plates are constructed from heavy-duty steel and finished in Cusco's signature blue powder coating for long-term durability and a professional engine bay appearance.
