BMR Suspension engineered the TCA060R to eliminate the flex and wheel hop caused by stock stamped-steel arms and soft rubber bushings, which deflect under load and absorb energy instead of transferring it to the pavement.

These single-adjustable arms are manufactured from heavy-duty 1.25-inch DOM steel tubing with mounting ends formed from CNC laser-cut 3/16-inch steel plate. This robust construction provides the rigidity necessary for high-performance street, drag, and road race applications. For maximum articulation without the bind of rubber or polyurethane, BMR utilizes zinc-plated, heat-treated chrome-moly X-series rod ends. These self-lubricating, Teflon-lined components, paired with custom 304 stainless steel spacers, allow for fine-tuning of the rear suspension geometry while maintaining repeatable handling characteristics.
