RockJock Narrow Forged Johnny Joints are the premier choice for fabricators and suspension system builders, offering a massive 40 degrees of unrestricted movement—nearly double the 22 degrees provided by standard heim joints. Unlike traditional spherical bearings, the Johnny Joint utilizes a high-density urethane bushing to encase the inner ball, providing essential cushioning and vibration dampening for both on-road comfort and off-road durability.
This heavy-duty rod end is built to withstand extreme loads, featuring a heat-treated center ball and forged steel body. The internals are secured by two heat-treated side washers and a robust snap ring. For ease of maintenance, the center ball is cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication via an integrated zerk fitting, ensuring the joint remains quiet and articulate over its lifespan.
