By utilizing a 2.5-inch diameter shock body and an external reservoir, these units offer a significant increase in oil capacity over standard monotube shocks. This extra fluid volume helps dissipate heat more effectively, preventing performance fade and maintaining consistent valving control during sustained travel over rough terrain.
