The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 is a heavy-duty air helper spring kit designed to level your Ford F-450 under heavy towing or hauling conditions. These fully adjustable air springs provide up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity, effectively eliminating rear-end sag, trailer sway, and bottoming out. By maintaining a level ride height, this kit improves steering control, braking effectiveness, and headlight aim for a safer driving experience.
Constructed with rugged, durable bellows and corrosion-resistant mounting hardware, this underframe kit is engineered for severe-duty use. The no-drill installation mounts to the vehicle frame and is compatible with most in-bed hitches. Note that this specific kit requires a minimum 9-inch clearance between the tire and the frame for proper operation.
