The Carli Pintop Leveling System is engineered for drivers seeking a significant improvement in both on-road ride quality and off-road capability. At the core of this system are King 2.5-inch Remote Reservoir Shocks, which are custom-tuned in-house by Carli to provide superior damping control over stock components. This setup increases wheel travel to 9 inches in the front and 13 inches in the rear, allowing the suspension to track smoothly over rough terrain while maintaining highway stability.
This comprehensive kit replaces the factory front coils with linear rate springs and includes an adjustable track bar to properly center the axle after lifting. To maintain correct suspension geometry and prevent component binding, the system features brake line extensions, bump stop drops, and caster correction shims. This configuration provides sufficient clearance to run up to 37-inch tires.
