DEI Fire Sleeve (92472) provides high-temperature insulation and abrasion protection for critical fuel, transmission, and brake lines, as well as electrical wiring harnesses. This 25-foot spool features a 5/8-inch (0.625") inner diameter designed to bundle lines or protect individual hoses in high-heat environments. It is an effective solution for preventing vapor lock and protecting components from oil or fluid soak.
Constructed from braided fiberglass material and heavily coated with 100% iron oxide silicone rubber, this sleeve is engineered to withstand extreme thermal exposure. The 5/8-inch sizing is optimized for -6AN and -8AN lines. The material allows for approximately 1/16" to 1/8" of stretch, which helps during installation over pre-existing fittings.
- Continuous Heat Resistance: 500°F
- Intermittent Heat Resistance: 2000°F
