DEI Heat Sheath (10404) provides professional-grade thermal and abrasion protection for wires, cables, and hoses. This 1-1/4" I.D. sleeving is engineered from 19 oz high-temperature glass fiber insulation bonded to a reflective aluminized outer layer. The sewn edge is reinforced with aramid thread to ensure superior flame resistance and structural integrity in demanding engine bay environments.
Designed to slide over lines during assembly or maintenance, the Heat Sheath reflects up to 2000°F of radiant heat and withstands 500°F of direct heat. Its pliable construction allows it to follow tight bends while shielding critical components from oil spills, road grime, and chemical exposure. This 3ft length can be easily trimmed to your specific requirement.
