The DEI Heat Shroud (MPN 10487) provides critical thermal protection for lines, hoses, and wires without requiring component disassembly. Engineered with a 19 oz high-temperature heat-treated glass fiber core and a reflective aluminized outer facing, this sleeving reflects up to 90% of radiant heat and withstands temperatures up to 2000°F.

The convenient hook-and-loop closure design allows for quick, tool-free installation over existing lines, protecting them from heat soak, oil, road grime, and abrasions. The sleeve is reinforced with aramid thread for maximum durability and flame-retardant performance in high-heat environments. It remains flexible enough for tight bends and can be easily trimmed to the required length.
