The DEI Easy Loom Master Kit (MPN 10663) is a comprehensive solution for protecting and restoring factory or aftermarket wire harnesses. This kit utilizes self-closing split sleeves with a 30% overlap, allowing for easy installation over existing wiring without the need to disconnect terminals or de-pin connectors. Built from durable P.E.T. monofilament, the Easy Loom system provides superior abrasion resistance compared to standard plastic tubing while maintaining excellent flexibility.
- Material: P.E.T. monofilament resists UV rays, moisture, and most automotive chemicals
- Temperature Rating: Tested to 302°F (150°C) with a peak rating of 347°F and a melting point of 500°F
- Safety: Self-extinguishing properties for critical engine bay environments
- Includes: 5 different sleeve diameters, heat shrink tubing, silicone tape, electrical tape, and over 140 locking ties
- Installation: Includes specialized small and large line sleeving tools to simplify wire insertion
