The Mishimoto Racing Thermostat is engineered to improve cooling efficiency for both street and track-driven vehicles. By activating at a lower temperature (155°F / 68°C) than standard OEM units, this thermostat allows coolant to circulate through the engine earlier. This proactive cooling helps maintain lower engine temperatures and prevents heat soak under high-load conditions, making it an essential upgrade for naturally aspirated and forced induction setups alike.
