The BBK Power Plus Series 85mm throttle body is a direct-fit replacement designed to eliminate the airflow restrictions of the factory unit. Engineered for the Ford 6.2L V8, this upgrade delivers up to 30% more airflow, resulting in sharper throttle response and increased horsepower and torque across the RPM range. Every unit is CNC-machined from a high-quality 356 aluminum casting to ensure precise tolerances and long-term durability.
BBK simplifies the installation process by providing new electronics pre-installed, allowing for a true bolt-on experience. The assembly features OEM-style die-stamped throttle linkages, double-sealed bearings, and O-ringed throttle shafts to maintain factory-level drivability and reliable operation under high-demand conditions.
