The Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer is engineered to enhance off-idle torque and mid-range performance. By increasing the velocity of the incoming air charge, this spacer improves the atomization of the air/fuel mixture as it enters the combustion chamber, resulting in more part-throttle torque and better engine efficiency between 800 and 3,000 RPM.
This performance upgrade features a patented Helix Bore design that creates a spinning air action as air passes through the spacer. This design is specifically focused on improving throttle response and power delivery without requiring extensive engine modifications. Installation is a straightforward, bolt-on process that utilizes factory mounting points and requires only common hand tools.
