The QA1 XF Series (XFR6) is a heavy-duty chromoly steel female rod end designed for high-stress automotive applications such as 4-link systems and ladder bars. Engineered to manage heavy shock loads, this rod end features an injection-molded PTFE race that is both self-sealing and self-lubricating, providing a maintenance-free bearing surface that keeps dirt and debris out.
Built for maximum tensile strength, the body is manufactured from heat-treated chromoly steel with a protective coating for long-term corrosion resistance. The internal ball is precision-ground from 52100 bearing steel, heat-treated, and hard chrome-plated to ensure a smooth, wear-resistant interface. The XF series provides metal-to-metal support with increased cross-sectional thickness to withstand the rigors of professional motorsports.
