Vibrant Performance Titanium Pie Cuts are engineered for professional fabricators building lightweight, high-strength exhaust systems and intake tracts. These segments are manufactured entirely from CP1 (Grade 1) Titanium, providing an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and superior corrosion resistance for demanding motorsport applications.
By using individual pie cuts, fabricators can create precise, complex bends in tight engine bays where traditional mandrel-bent tubing is impractical. These pieces are supplied unwelded, allowing for total control over the bend angle and orientation during the fabrication and TIG welding process.
