The BAKFlip MX4 (Gen 3) is a premium hard folding tonneau cover designed for owners who demand heavy-duty security and a sleek, low-profile appearance. Constructed with aluminum top panels reinforced by high-density polymer cores, this third-generation evolution is 22% stronger than the original MX4. The matte-finished panels are scratch and UV-resistant, sitting flush with your truck's bed rails for a clean, aerodynamic look.
Engineered for maximum utility, the MX4 features a patented auto-latching system that secures the cover as you close it. For full bed access, the panels fold upright against the cab, secured by re-engineered prop rod clips and protected by premium rubber bumpers. The integrated water drainage system and revised EPDM rubber perimeter seals work with an extra-long dual-action tailgate seal to keep gear dry in any weather, allowing the tailgate to operate whether the cover is open or closed.
