The BD Diesel TorqueMaster Performance Transmission is engineered to handle the increased horsepower and torque of modern diesel applications. This 4WD-specific unit features a billet input shaft designed to withstand the "snap" associated with rapid throttle transitions and high-output tuning that often shears factory components. To ensure long-term durability, BD utilizes QT100 pressure plates which allow for increased clutch counts while reducing deflection and distortion within the clutch drum.

Hydraulic integrity is reinforced via a custom bonded gasket valve body separator plate and a hard-anodized valve body, eliminating internal cross-leaks and maintaining line pressure. The included BD Deep Sump oil pan provides additional fluid capacity and cooling while increasing case rigidity to prevent flex under load.
