The aFe BladeRunner Turbo Inlet Manifold eliminates the restrictive factory inlet to significantly improve airflow to your Duramax turbocharger. Utilizing patented Multi-Directional Vane (MDV) technology, this manifold guides air efficiently into the turbo to increase performance by up to 9 HP and 23 lb-ft of torque. These improved flow characteristics result in faster turbo spool-up times, increased boost pressure, and lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).

Constructed from durable cast A356-T6 aluminum, this manifold features five integrated port pads, providing convenient mounting points for gauges or other aftermarket accessories. The kit comes complete with an inlet adapter with coupling, a CCV tube adapter with coupling, and high-quality stainless steel hardware for a secure, hassle-free installation.
