Fits select 2015-2023 Audi A3, S3, TT, TTS and Volkswagen Golf R, GTI, and Jetta GLI (2.0T EA888 Gen 3 Transverse).
The APR DTR6054 is a complete bolt-on turbocharger system designed to deliver significantly more airflow than the factory IS38 unit found on Golf R and S3 platforms. This system features a German-made dual ceramic ball-bearing center section and a high-flow 310 stainless steel turbine housing, capable of producing up to 491 HP while remaining emissions compliant when used with the included APR software and factory exhaust.
- Compressor: Aircraft-grade 6061 billet aluminum 60mm wheel with anti-surge cover
- Turbine: Nickle-based K418 superalloy high-flow 54mm wheel
- Bearings: Dual ceramic ball bearing center housing rotating assembly (CHRA), VSR balanced
- Housing: Precision-cast 310 stainless steel turbine housing with integrated diverter valve port
- Software: Included ECU calibration for various fueling levels (Stock, HPFP/LPFP, and MPI)
- Hardware: Includes silicone discharge hose with EZ-flow stepped lips, gaskets, and installation hardware

This system reuses your factory electronic wastegate and electronic diverter valve. Installation requires an APR Authorized Dealer for software flashing. To achieve advertised power and ensure reliability, use of an upgraded intake, intercooler, and heat range 9 spark plugs (NGK-R7437-9) gapped to 0.024" ±0.002" is required. Manual transmission vehicles require a clutch upgrade, and DSG vehicles require transmission software to manage torque levels.
