The Turbosmart TS-1 6466 Reverse Rotation turbocharger is engineered for high-performance motorsport and enthusiast applications where space, weight, and transient response are critical. By leveraging modern materials and CFD-driven design, the TS-1 series provides exceptional airflow efficiency and durability under extreme thermal loads. This reverse rotation unit is specifically designed for complex twin-turbo layouts or unique engine bay configurations.
Construction features include a lightweight 310s stainless steel investment cast turbine housing and a T14 Inconel turbine wheel capable of sustaining high exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs). The 7+7 splitter compressor wheel provides aggressive aerodynamics within a lightweight aluminum cover, supported by a proprietary dual ceramic bearing system for rapid spool-up. Every TS-1 turbo is VSR speed balanced to ensure precision and long-term reliability.
