COMP Cams Positive Stop PTFE Valve Seals are engineered to provide a superior seal and exceptional durability in high-performance environments. These seals (part number 531-16) are manufactured from chemically resistant PTFE, commonly known as Teflon, which withstands significantly higher temperatures and offers lower friction on the valve stem than standard synthetic rubber alternatives.
The positive stop design ensures that the seal remains firmly and accurately seated on the valve guide, providing consistent oil control even under high-lift or high-RPM conditions. This set includes 16 seals, providing a complete solution for high-performance V8 valvetrain builds.
