The Aeromotive 15631 Billet Fuel Sample Valve is engineered to simplify fuel testing and system monitoring in high-performance applications. Designed for seamless integration, this valve installs directly into any standard 1/8" NPT gauge port, allowing you to draw fuel samples safely without disconnecting fuel lines.
Constructed from CNC-machined billet aluminum, the 15631 features a unique dual-action, spring-loaded safety mechanism. The valve remains sealed when unlocked and includes a secondary locking position to prevent accidental opening during racing. For maximum utility, the valve body includes a duplicate 1/8" NPT port, ensuring you can still mount a fuel pressure gauge or sensor transducer at the same location. The sample port is equipped with a stainless steel barb fitting and rotates 360 degrees for easy access in tight engine bays.
