Manley Race Master intake valves are engineered for the high-stress environments of bracket, drag, and oval track racing. Designed specifically for high-performance engines operating up to 8,000 RPM, these valves provide the thermal stability and structural integrity required for competition use. Each intake valve is manufactured from NK-842 stainless steel, offering superior durability over standard OE components.
The Race Master series features a straight stem design with swirl-polished under-head areas to optimize induction airflow and maximize volumetric efficiency. The combustion faces are fully machined to ensure uniform thickness. For extended service life in demanding racing conditions, Manley incorporates chrome-plated stems and hardened tips to resist wear at the guide and rocker arm contact points.
