Supertech Black Nitrided intake valves are engineered to withstand the thermal and mechanical stresses of high-performance N14 engines. These valves undergo a specialized nitriding process that hardens the surface, providing a significant increase in wear resistance compared to standard chrome-plated valves. This treatment also results in a smoother finish that reduces friction within the valve guides and helps prevent carbon buildup for more consistent airflow.
