The Turbosmart IWG75 Twin Port Internal Wastegate Actuator (TS-0681-6142) is engineered to provide superior boost response and stability compared to factory equipment. By utilizing a twin-port design, this actuator allows for pressure manipulation on both sides of the diaphragm, offering a much broader tuning window and firmer control over the wastegate flapper through the entire RPM range.
Constructed from high-grade billet aluminum, the IWG75 features Turbosmart's unique locking collar system for quick spring changes and a proprietary silicone Nomex diaphragm for high-temperature durability under heavy load. This universal model comes equipped with a 150mm rod and a pre-installed 14 PSI spring configuration, making it a robust solution for custom turbocharger setups where precision boost management is critical.
