The AEM V2 Multi-Input Diesel Water/Methanol Injection Kit (30-3351) provides an effective solution for reducing exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and increasing horsepower in forced-induction diesel engines. By injecting a high-pressure mist of water and methanol, this system cools the intake charge and suppresses detonation, allowing for increased boost levels and power gains without the need for specialized fuels.
This V2 kit utilizes a sophisticated multi-input controller that allows for precise tuning based on manifold absolute pressure (MAP), mass air flow (MAF), or frequency signals. The large 5-gallon reservoir is ideal for heavy-duty applications or long-distance towing, ensuring you have the fluid capacity needed for sustained cooling. The hardware is designed for the rigors of performance use, featuring a high-pressure recirculation pump and a machined billet injector.
- Terminated wiring harness with positive-lock connectors and integrated pump ground
- Machined billet injector with integral check valve to prevent unintended flow
- High-pressure recirculation-style pump with integral fittings for quiet operation
