The Borla SwitchFire X-Pipe (MPN: 60750) is a high-performance resonator replacement designed to unlock the exhaust note and flow of the 2024-2025 Mustang Dark Horse. This patented SwitchFire design replaces the restrictive factory resonator, completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a traditional X-Pipe. By utilizing advanced hydroforming technology, Borla achieves a lower profile for improved ground clearance while perfectly blending combustion pulses from both cylinder banks for a smoother, more aggressive custom sound and increased power.
Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, this assembly is highly resistant to corrosion and heat—outperforming standard T-400 series or 409 stainless steel. Mandrel-bent tubing and precision CNC manufacturing ensure consistent internal diameters for maximum exhaust velocity. Please note that installation requires cutting the original equipment (O.E.) exhaust system.
