The Borla high-clearance Y-pipe is engineered to maximize off-road capability by addressing a primary vulnerable point under the vehicle. While the factory Y-pipe hangs below the transfer case, the Borla design reroutes the 2.25-inch tubing around the transfer case to provide significantly increased ground clearance. This prevents hang-ups on obstacles without sacrificing exhaust performance.
Constructed from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, this Y-pipe is built for long-term durability and corrosion resistance. The CNC mandrel-bent tubing ensures ultra-smooth bends for consistent flow. The system is designed for a cut-and-clamp installation that retains the secondary catalytic converters, keeping the vehicle street legal. It is fully compatible with the factory exhaust or Borla Cat-Back systems (140680 and 140680BC).
