How do I know if a product fits my vehicle?

Check the product description and fitment notes carefully. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering with your vehicle year, make, model, trim, engine, drivetrain, and any relevant package or modification details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If an order has already entered processing or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Some items may require additional handling or supplier processing time.

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking is sent when available after the order ships. Tracking scans may take time to appear in the carrier system.

What should I do if my package arrived damaged?

Keep the packaging and contact us promptly with your order number, photos of the box, photos of the damage, and any carrier notices.

Do you offer installation help?

We can provide general product and fitment guidance, but installation should be performed by a qualified professional when required. Atlus Automotive is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation.

How do returns work?

Review our Returns & Exchanges page. Return requests should be started within 30 days of delivery unless a different product-specific policy applies.
