Returns & Exchanges

Atlus Automotive wants customers to order with confidence. Please review this policy before requesting a return or exchange.

Return window

Return requests should be started within 30 days of delivery unless a different return period is stated on the product page or required by applicable law.

Return condition

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. Items that have been installed, modified, painted, damaged, or used may not be eligible for return.

Items that may not be returnable

Installed, used, or modified items
Electrical or electronic components that have been opened or installed
Special-order, custom, clearance, or final-sale items
Items missing original packaging, hardware, instructions, or accessories

Starting a return

Contact us with your order number, reason for return, item condition, and photos if relevant. Do not ship items back until your return request has been reviewed and return instructions have been provided.

Return shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an incorrect item, verified shipping damage, or another issue caused by our fulfillment process.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchange availability depends on inventory. If the item you need is unavailable, we may recommend a return and a new order instead.
