This Shipping Policy explains how Atlus Automotive processes and ships online orders.

Order processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, supplier delays, or when an order requires additional review.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details after your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a carrier receives the package.

Transit times

Delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, service level, weather, and other conditions outside our direct control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier service used.

Multiple shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory location, supplier availability, package size, or carrier requirements.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Atlus Automotive is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout.

Damaged or missing items

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, contact us promptly with your order number, photos of the packaging, photos of the product, and any carrier notices. Keep all packaging materials until the issue is reviewed.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, contact the carrier first when possible. We can help review order information and assist with next steps based on the carrier status.
