Warranty coverage for products sold by Atlus Automotive may vary by product, brand, manufacturer, supplier, and category.

Manufacturer warranty

Some items may be covered by a manufacturer warranty. If a manufacturer warranty applies, coverage terms, exclusions, and claim requirements are set by the manufacturer.

What warranty may not cover

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or use
  • Accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse
  • Modification, painting, cutting, wiring changes, or alteration
  • Damage caused by other vehicle issues or incompatible parts
  • Labor, towing, rental vehicles, downtime, or incidental costs unless expressly covered by the manufacturer

Starting a warranty request

Contact us with your order number, product details, photos or video of the issue, installation information, and any diagnostic notes. Additional documentation may be required before a warranty claim can be reviewed.

Inspection and resolution

Warranty requests may require inspection, manufacturer review, or return of the item. Approved resolutions may include replacement, repair, store credit, refund, or another remedy depending on the product and applicable warranty terms.
