What warranty may not cover

Modification, painting, cutting, wiring changes, or alteration
Damage caused by other vehicle issues or incompatible parts
Labor, towing, rental vehicles, downtime, or incidental costs unless expressly covered by the manufacturer

Starting a warranty request

Contact us with your order number, product details, photos or video of the issue, installation information, and any diagnostic notes. Additional documentation may be required before a warranty claim can be reviewed.

Inspection and resolution

Warranty requests may require inspection, manufacturer review, or return of the item. Approved resolutions may include replacement, repair, store credit, refund, or another remedy depending on the product and applicable warranty terms.
