The ACT ZM2-XTSS Xtreme/Performance Street Sprung Clutch Kit is designed for demanding drivers who require significantly increased clamp load and torque capacity. This kit features an ACT Xtreme pressure plate, which utilizes a proprietary diaphragm design and a specialized four-stage heat-treating process to maximize clutch life and minimize deflection. Precision-stamped covers ensure the rigidity and consistency required for high-performance applications.
The included Performance Street disc is constructed from premium organic materials with a high copper content for improved heat transfer. A steel-backed lining increases burst strength and durability, while the reduced marcel design enables faster, more positive shift action. The sprung-center hub helps dampen driveline vibrations for quieter operation without compromising overall strength or reliability.
