This ACT NX4-XTSS clutch kit is engineered for drivers who require a significant increase in clamp load and torque capacity while maintaining the drivability of a street-focused vehicle. It pairs ACT’s Xtreme pressure plate with a Performance Street Sprung disc to deliver crisp engagement and improved shift speed.
The Xtreme pressure plate features a proprietary diaphragm design that undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process, ensuring consistent pedal feel and minimal deflection over the life of the clutch. Precision cover stampings provide the rigidity needed for high-RPM use. The included Performance Street disc uses a premium organic friction material with high copper content for superior heat transfer and a steel-backed lining for increased burst strength and durability.
