Fits 1991-1995 Toyota MR2 Turbo models. The ACT TM1-HDR6 clutch kit is engineered for dedicated racing applications where fast shifts and high heat capacity are required.
This kit features the ACT Heavy Duty pressure plate, which utilizes an exclusive diaphragm design to significantly increase clamp load while reducing deflection. Every diaphragm undergoes a specialized four-stage heat-treating process to ensure consistent performance under high-stress conditions. The pressure plate is built with precision cover stampings for maximum rigidity.
The included 6-pad rigid race disc is constructed from high-quality ceramic friction materials and features a heat-treated chrome-moly hub for superior strength. While this rigid design provides the faster engagement and rapid shifting needed on the track, it is characterized by harsher engagement compared to street-spec kits.
