ACT AR1-HDG6 Heavy Duty Race Sprung 6-Pad Clutch Kit for Select Acura & Honda 2002-2011

Fits select 2002-2011 Acura RSX, TSX, and Honda Civic Si models. This AR1-HDG6 kit is designed for drivers demanding faster shifts and higher heat capacity in race or high-performance street applications.

The ACT Heavy Duty pressure plate utilizes an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load while reducing deflection. Every diaphragm undergoes a specialized four-stage heat-treating process to ensure consistent performance throughout the service life of the clutch. The precision-stamped cover provides the rigidity needed for uniform engagement and reliability under load.

Paired with the pressure plate is ACT's 6-pad spring-centered race disc. This disc features wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide superior spring support and reduce stress concentrations. While the 6-pad design offers harsher engagement than a full-face street disc, it enables significantly faster shifting and superior heat absorption for high-power builds.
