The ACT LE1-XTSS kit is engineered for the enthusiast who demands high-performance engagement without sacrificing street drivability. At the heart of this kit is the Xtreme pressure plate, utilizing an exclusive diaphragm design that undergoes a rigorous four-stage heat-treating process. This construction significantly increases clamp load and reduces deflection, ensuring consistent pedal feel and maximized clutch life even under aggressive use.
Paired with the pressure plate is ACT's most popular Performance street disc. These discs are manufactured with premium organic friction materials containing high copper content for superior heat transfer. The steel-backed linings provide high burst strength, while the reduced marcel design allows for faster shift action. The sprung hub helps dampen driveline vibrations for quieter, smoother operation compared to unsprung race discs.
