The AEM 21-839C Cold Air Intake System replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a high-flow, mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube and an oversized Dryflow synthetic filter. Designed and dyno-tested to improve engine aspiration, this system reduces intake restriction to support increased horsepower and torque throughout the RPM range. The intake tube features a durable gunmetal gray powder-coated finish for long-lasting corrosion resistance and a clean engine bay aesthetic.

This kit includes a vehicle-specific heat shield with edge trim lining to isolate the intake air from high engine compartment temperatures. At the heart of the system is the AEM Dryflow air filter, a washable, oil-free synthetic media that provides excellent filtration efficiency and allows for up to 100,000 miles of use between cleanings under normal highway driving conditions.
