The AEM 21-783C Performance Cold Air Intake System is engineered to increase horsepower and torque by replacing the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing. This system utilizes a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube finished in a durable gunmetal gray powder coat, ensuring smooth, unrestricted airflow to the engine while maintaining a professional under-hood appearance.
This intake features an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic air filter, providing high-efficiency filtration without the need for oil. The filter is positioned within the original air box location and protected by a custom-designed heat shield to reduce intake air temperatures. Designed for long-term reliability, the oil-free filter media can last up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is required, depending on driving conditions.
