AEM 400 LPH High Flow E85/Ethanol Fuel Pump Kit - 9mm Smooth Barb 39mm Body (50-1235)

The AEM 50-1235 is a high-flow 400 LPH fuel pump engineered for high-performance naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. Designed to fit within a compact 39mm body—the same footprint as a Walbro 255—this pump offers a drop-in solution for many fuel tanks while delivering substantially higher flow rates than standard OE units. Every pump is individually flow-tested to ensure performance of 400+ LPH (106 GPH) at 40 PSI (13.5V), capable of supporting over 1,000 horsepower on gasoline engines.

This fuel pump is 100% compatible with pump and race gasoline, ethanol blends up to E100, and methanol up to M100. The 50-1235 model features a 9mm smooth barbed outlet designed specifically for 5/16-inch ID fuel hose, and an 11mm inlet positioned in-line with the outlet. For consistent performance under high-load conditions, it maintains a robust flow of 330+ LPH at 70 PSI, making it suitable for boosted applications up to 30 PSI.
