Fits 1994-2000 Honda Civic Si and Civic del Sol VTEC.
The AEM 25-103BK High Volume Fuel Rail is engineered for high-performance builds requiring increased fuel delivery. CNC-machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum, it features a large 1/2-inch internal bore to support applications up to 1,000 horsepower. This oversized bore also serves as a pulse dampener, smoothing out backpressure pulses created by large aftermarket injectors to ensure consistent pressure across the rail.
Installation is straightforward as a direct bolt-on component. The rail includes a custom fitting to mate with the factory fuel line, while the ends are pre-tapped to accept -6 AN or 9/16" x 18 fittings for those running custom plumbing. A dedicated 1/8 NPT port is integrated into the rail for easy installation of a fuel pressure gauge or a nitrous pick-up.
