The Aeromotive 11117 Atomic Hex Drive Mechanical Fuel Pump is engineered for extreme-duty applications, delivering a massive 12 GPM flow rate to support up to 5,000 HP on gasoline or 2,500 HP on methanol. Designed for both high-pressure EFI and low-pressure carbureted systems, this pump utilizes a high-efficiency gerotor pumping mechanism housed in a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum body with a rugged Type III hard-coat anodized finish.

This mechanical pump is driven via a standard 3/8" male hex driveshaft, allowing for direct mounting to a camshaft, the rear of a prepared dry-sump oil pump, or a remote-mount heavy-duty cable drive. It features a 3-bolt Enderle bolt pattern for secure attachment and includes versatile inlet options to suit your plumbing requirements. For EFI applications, a high-flow return-style bypass regulator is required to manage the high volume of fuel delivery.
