Designed specifically for the 2009-2015 Cadillac CTS-V, the aFe Power Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System (54-74207) optimizes airflow and filtration through a highly engineered, one-piece roto-molded housing. Constructed from black cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), this housing is designed to shield against engine bay heat while maintaining factory water fording height. A built-in clear sight window allows for quick filter inspections without disassembling the airbox.
This system features a CAD-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube with integrated resonance chambers to mitigate unwanted intake noise while maximizing power gains. At the heart of the system is the massive Pro 5R performance air filter, utilizing five layers of progressively finer, pre-oiled cotton gauze media to provide maximum airflow for high-performance applications. The patent-pending filter-to-housing interface ensures a secure seal and simplifies the installation process using premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps.
