The aFe POWER 80mm Throttle Body and Adapter Kit is engineered to eliminate intake restriction by replacing the factory 74mm unit. By increasing the bore diameter to 80mm, this kit delivers a higher volume of air to the intake manifold, resulting in improved throttle response and increased horsepower. The included adapter is precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for high strength and a precise fit.

This kit features a unique Serrated/Swirl combination design on the adapter bore. This geometry creates intake turbulence in the combustion chamber, promoting a more complete fuel-air mixture for optimized combustion. Designed as a direct bolt-on solution, the kit utilizes factory mounting locations and includes plug-and-play electronics, requiring no ECU tuning for operation.
