The aFe POWER Takeda Momentum Cold Air Intake System is engineered to optimize airflow for your Subaru Outback. This system features a high-performance Pro 5R air filter, standing 7-1/2 inches tall with 360-degree radial flow. The five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media provide maximum airflow and filtration for street or track use. The system is built around a heat-resistant XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer housing and a two-piece roto-molded intake tube designed for a precision fit and durability. An integrated Helmholtz Chamber reduces intake drone without sacrificing power. A clear sight window allows for quick filter inspections, while the patent-pending filter-to-housing interface simplifies installation by reducing the number of required parts.
