This system is constructed from 2-1/2 inch into 3 inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing to maintain exhaust velocity while providing superior corrosion resistance compared to aluminized steel. A high-flow 409 stainless steel muffler is included to produce a mild, street-friendly exhaust note that enhances the vehicle's presence without excessive cabin drone.

Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, this system utilizes factory-style flanges and hangers to ensure a secure fit using original mounting points, requiring no cutting or permanent modifications. Each joint is 100% MIG-welded for maximum structural integrity. The system is finished with a 4-1/2 inch diameter clamp-on tip crafted from 304 stainless steel, featuring a high-temperature black finish and a riveted aFe POWER logo plate.
