The aFe Power Momentum GT Red Edition combines high-performance airflow with a striking visual upgrade for the 6.2L Supercharged HEMI engine. This intake system features a smooth, one-piece sealed housing made from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) in a custom red finish. The innovative design integrates with both the factory hood scoop and grille air inlets to maximize cool air delivery while minimizing heat soak.
At the core of the system is the high-performance Pro 5R air filter, finished with black oil for this edition. This 5-layer progressively finer medical-grade cotton gauze media provides maximum airflow for high-horsepower applications. The system utilizes three computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tubes to ensure a perfect fit and optimized air velocity. A large clear sight window allows for quick filter inspections without disassembling the housing, and the filter-to-housing interface simplifies maintenance by allowing the filter to be removed through the side intake tubes.
