Improve intake efficiency and eliminate the restrictions of factory plastic with the aFe POWER BladeRunner hot charge pipe. This kit utilizes 2-1/4 inch mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, TIG-welded for maximum strength and finished in a wrinkle black powder coat for superior heat and corrosion resistance. The smooth transitions in the mandrel-bent design significantly decrease turbulence and minimize pressure loss throughout the system.
This kit is engineered for a leak-free fit and long-term durability. It features heavy-duty 5-ply polyester reinforced silicone couplings paired with stainless steel SmartSeal clamps. Installation is streamlined via factory-style quick-connect adapters with O-ring seals and a CNC-machined aluminum blow-off valve (BOV) adapter. Additionally, integrated 1/8 inch NPT ports are provided for easy installation of auxiliary sensors or water-methanol injection.
