The aFe Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System is engineered to provide maximum airflow and protection for your Volkswagen Atlas. This system features a unique, sealed housing made from cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) that resists impact and high engine bay temperatures. The housing includes a clear sight window, allowing for quick filter inspections without requiring disassembly of the intake. To further reduce intake temperatures, an included aluminum heat shield panel deflects hot air from the turbocharger, while the system utilizes the factory air inlet for maximum efficiency.

At the core of this system is a 7.5-inch tall, 360-degree radial flow air filter. This Pro 5R media features five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze to balance maximum performance and engine safety. The intake uses a flexible, three-layer nylon-reinforced silicone intake tube with an internal aluminum insert to ensure a secure, leak-free connection to the air filter.
