Fits 2019-2023 Ford Ranger Lariat, XL, and XLT (2.3L).
The aFe Power BladeRunner intercooler tube kit replaces restrictive factory plumbing with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing to improve airflow and throttle response. This kit includes both the 2-1/2 inch hot side and 3 inch cold side tubes, engineered with smooth transitions to minimize turbulence and pressure drop. Each tube is finished in a wrinkle black powder coat that provides a durable, heat-insulating barrier against engine bay temperatures and protects against corrosion.
To ensure a secure, leak-free installation, the kit utilizes factory-style billet aluminum quick-connect adapters with O-ring seals. Heavy-duty 5-ply polyester reinforced silicone couplings and stainless-steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps are included to maintain superior strength under high boost. The cold side tube also features a CNC-machined aluminum blow-off valve (BOV) adapter for a precision fit.
